Every pair we sell is sourced through official channels, authorized retailers, boutiques, and verified brand accounts. Each order arrives with the original box, dust bag, and authenticity receipt from the source. If anything about a listing is not original, it is always stated clearly on the product page before you buy.

Unless a listing states otherwise, every pair is unworn, and comes in its original box with the dust bag and paperwork intact. We photograph each pair ourselves, what you see on the product page is the pair you receive, not a stock image.

On the rare occasion a pair has something worth noting (a display try-on, slight box wear, a replaced dust bag), we say so on the product page. Never hidden.

You have 14 days from delivery to return any pair that doesn't meet your expectations — wrong fit, changed your mind, or anything else. The pair must be unworn and returned in the original box with all packaging.

Once we receive it, you are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 working days. Return shipping is on you unless the issue is ours.

We ship from Europe via tracked courier. Orders placed before 2 PM CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Typical delivery is 2–4 working days within the EU, 4–7 working days to the UK and the rest of Europe.
